What insurances do you accept?

We accept most major insurance companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, Tufts and many more! Please contact our office before your visit to make sure we accept your insurance plan!

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

We ask you bring a photo ID, and your insurance card to every visit.

What ages do you treat?

Our providers are experienced in treating adults and children of all ages.

How much does an urgent care visit cost?

CareCentral Urgent Care clinics are a more affordable alternative to emergency rooms for non life-threatening illness and injuries.

For patients with insurance, we accept most major insurance plans and can bill the insurance companies directly. The amount that you will be billed is the rate that has been negotiated with your insurance plan. You will need to pay your outlined urgent care co-payment immediately.


What will I need to pay upon checking in?

Every Insurance plan varies – but you would be required to pay a co-pay if it is applicable at the of registration.

Do you accept self-pay patients?

Yes, we accept self-pay patients and offer a competitive discount rate to make our services more affordable.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide variety of medical conditions that require prompt care, but are not life-threatening. We provide various family health services as well as occupational services. See our website for more details!

Do I need an appointment?

You do not need an appointment. Typically patients are treated on a first come, first served basis, depending on the seriousness of treatment. Our goal is to have our patients in and out in less than an hour. Check our website for our ZipPass service, that may reduce wait times.
