Please be advised we are triaging all patients over the phone. You must call your nearest CareCentral clinic ahead of your visit. If you, or a family member meet any of the COVID-19 criteria, please notify our staff during your triage call. We will ask you a series of screening questions, and provide you with the next steps according to answers. This screening will assist us in determining what is the best course of action for you.
We are now offering outdoor COVID19 testing (weather permitting), antibody testing, and non-COVID19 related medical visits at all locations.
In addition, all of our offices are taking extra precautions with increased cleaning of patient areas, and exam rooms.
